Service Overview

YellowWood Managed User Support provides unlimited call-in access to our Service Desk during regular business hours. On-site visits are also at no extra charge, though some restrictions apply.

This support also monitors performance of critical systems, and applies regular updates to operating systems and commonly-used productivity software. Also included are industry leading anti-virus and web content filtering software.

For one low price a month all your end user’s support needs will be covered by the YellowWood team and systems.

Ongoing monitoring of critical performance indicators and regular updates to operating system. User support is not included.

Optimum User Support

All features of Computer Guard plan, plus User Support included for up to 3 devices. Unlimited access to our Service Desk during regular business hours. All onsite visit are at no extra charge unless service falls outside of the plan. Also includes Managed Anti-Virus and Web Protection.
